1.Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org reporting the inconvenience or error by attaching a screenshot of it.
2. Do not forget to include:
– Complete names (first and last names)
– An ID document number (with which you are registered in the system)
– Language level
– Discount support (if the student has any connection with UPN)
3. Once the request is sent, the person in charge will process it and will communicate with you by email within the next 24 business hours.
4. The system takes into account the last email sent by you. We kindly request not to resend multiple emails, as this will generate unnecessary delays to your response. It is also important to refrain from attempting to process again through the application and/or coming to the headquarters of the Language Center.
